We will agree the fee before your first session, so you know exactly what to expect. Payment is made by bank transfer before each appointment.

If you need to cancel or rearrange a session, I ask for at least forty eight hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice are charged in full, as that time has been reserved specifically for you and is unlikely to be filled at short notice.

I keep a small amount of flexibility around fees. If cost is the main reason you are unsure about starting therapy, you are welcome to mention this when you get in touch.
